Receiving your order:
- In case of any missing or damaged products, WineOnline.ca will offer a product of equal or better quality and value at no added cost or refund the charge if requested.
A corked bottle is a replaced or refunded bottle:
- After two months have passed we regret that we cannot guarantee the wines. This is because it is often due to incorrect storage conditions, and we have no way to verify the causes. Though we will do our utmost to find a solution that is more than acceptable to both parties.
