Lively effervescence into the glass with pinpoint bubbles and delicate aromas of golden apple, honeydew, and a hint of pear. Very nice. On the palate, lively and balanced with an elegant structure and crisp acidity. Finishes focused and dry with lingering apple and citrus notes. Consistently one of Ontario's best sparklers.
