Made from grapes harvested from selected Niagara vineyards. The conditions required to allow the icewine harvest first came on January 7th and allowed the revelry of the holiday season to pass by before the task of icewine harvest fell upon us. The timing of the harvest was neither early nor late and resulted in fruit with incredible acidity and luscious sweetness.
