Riesling (Dry) VQA, Cave Spring Cellars 2008

Sourced from the mineral-rich clay soils along the benchlands of the Niagara Escarpment, this is a mineral-laced, dry Riesling with plentiful citrus flavours and bright acidity. The nose offers brilliant aromas of lychee framed with honey and mineral notes. Light- to medium-bodied and smooth on the palate. Finishes crisp and dry with long lingering, slightly tart notes. Great anytime, it's the perfect warm weather companion.

This is a big & rich white wine with abundant floral notes and tones of lychee and exotic spices. It is very appealing with fresh flavours and yummy slight residual sweetness that leaves a full & lingering impression on the palate.

Riesling Estate VQA, Cave Spring Cellars 2008

Another fantastic Riesling from Cave Spring Cellars. On the nose this wine offers elegant aromas of pear and mineral with more subtle notes of grapefruit, lime and apricot. It slides across the palate, smooth and medium-bodied with excellent concentration of soft fruit flavours and just enough acidity. Finishes off-dry with very good length and a lingering mineral aftertaste. This is a quality wine from start to finish.

Aromatic - grapefruit and lychee with hints of rose petal and spice are apparent in waves on the nose and in the flavours on the palate. The evolution of the wine finds its optimum drinking within one to four years of bottling.

Very rich, floral nose with accents of fruits like ripe mango and peach and a touch of toast. The palate has ripe almost exotic fruit flavours with a smooth, rich mouth feeling texture that finishes in a lovely creamy way without being heavy. Serve chilled.

Equinox VQA, Peninsula Ridge 2002

Rich and powerful. Complex aromas of tangerine, white flowers, smoke and vanilla. Intense fresh fruit is supported by firm acidity, mineral and toasted barrel, with a touch of honey. Flavours will continue to develop for 3-5 years.
