Reserve Chadonnay VQA, Mission Hill 2006

The Reserve Chardonnay has been partially barrel fermented and aged sur lees in French and American oak for eight months.

Grand Bateau Blanc, Chateau Beycheville 2007

Grand Bateau is a harmonious blend of the grape varieties 75% Sauvignon Blanc and 25% Semillon. The wine was made using all of the modern technical advances (pre-fermentation skin-contact maceration, less stirring in barrel) and is vinified partially in new oak barrels. Rich and aromatic, the wine is perfectly balanced between the opulent and exotic fruit, the new oak and the clean and lively acidity.

Chardonnay, McManis Family Vineyards 2008

The 2008 is medium straw in color with aromas of Pineapple, Pear and Melon and a faint bouquet of Vanilla. Flavors of Pear, Apple and tropical fruits are abundant in this rich, full wine. We are happy to announce that the 2008 Chardonnay is sealed with the Stelvin Lux Screw Cap. The Stelvin Lux is a top of the line enclosure that gives the appearance of a bottle with a cork finish, but screw cap ease. Just twist it off.

"High-toned, ester-rich citrus and distilled pit fruit aromas; piquant nuttiness; and a soft, oily texture characterize Chermette's 2008 Beaujolais Blanc. While Chermette has not displayed the talent in this genre of his neighbor Jean-Paul Brun, this vintage shows him finding his own way."
