Bottle Per Case : 6 x 750 ml
Food Pairing : Breads, Cured Meat, Ham, Hard Cheese, Pasta, Red Meat, Risotto, Salted or Marinated Mushrooms
Named after Aneto, a peak that rises to a dizzying altitude of 3,404 metres, soaring over the relatively young Somontano appellation. Dark granate colour, fresh on the nose with intense aromas of red fruit (strawberry and raspberry) with hints of spice. Serve this red with tomato-based pasta, pizza, barbeques and gratinated dishes. The price might be in the foothills but the quality is right at the very summit.

Bodega Pirineos is one of the most historic wineries in the Somontano region located at the foot of the Pyrenees. Bodega Pirineos is one of the founding members of the Designation of Origin Somontano. It is part of the Barbadillo Group - one of the ten largest and oldest family businesses in Spain. With 200 years of history, it is still 100% a family business.
Barbadillo has been at the forefront of the wine sector for centuries, pioneers in many ways. They bottled the first Manzanilla exported to Philadelphia in 1827, were the first to call this type of wine ‘manzanilla’ and produced the first Andalusian white wine made 100% from palomino fino grapes in 1975. They have been exporting wines around the world since 1827.
It's important to remember that taste is subjective, and personal preferences play a significant role.
