Tasting Notes
As for its appearance it presents a beautiful straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Clean and bright. Medium to high intensity. Dominated by aromatic herbs, mint, citrus, tropical (lychees) water pear and apple. On the mouth the wine presents a good acidity. Round, rich and very fruity.

The Producer
Terra de Asorei
At the initiative of Xosé Ramón Durán, Chairman and CEO of Adegas Terra de Asorei, a consortium of winemaking families from the Salnés Valley was established in 2008, leading to the creation of this winery. These families now have representation on the company's Board of Directors.
Adegas Terra de Asorei boasts cutting-edge technological innovations and an initial production capacity of around 400,000 bottles per year. With 60 hectares of vineyards in the Salnés Valley, nestled within the ‘Rías Baixas’ Designation of Origin (Galicia), all their vines, aged between 15 and 80 years, are located within a maximum distance of 15 minutes from the winery.
The ownership of the vineyards enables them to oversee the quality of their albariño from inception, including soil, vines, and grapes, through to year-round maintenance, winery production, and product marketing.
Utilizing specialized traceability monitoring software, their entire operation is managed, facilitating the creation of their three wine lines: Terra de Asorei, Nai, and 1953 Pazo Torrado.
