This is crafted using the rare white grape Albillo, harvested from 100-year-old vineyards situated just outside the Ribera del Duero DO. Fermented in large foudres, it’s bright, pure and mineral with white flowers, citrus and pear fruit, and a hint of struck match character that adds interest. The palate is rich with textured white fruits and layers of minerals. Long finish.
