White foam, exuberant and of excellent persistence. Very fine pearl necklaces to form a well-present and prolonged crown. Effervescence is dynamic and full of youth. Bright and bright yellow color with evident greenish reflections. Bouquet characterized by a marked minerality. Wide and inviting, it embraces nuances of ripe sweet fruit, meringue, pastry and candied citrus peel. Taste fully corresponding to the nose, with an almost crunchy creamy sensation and a texture that combines elegance and lightness, thickness and harmony. The vibrant and contemporary character represents its unmistakable identity. A character that is sustained, without any compromise, by a freshness that maintains its classicism for a long time, announcing its promise of longevity.
"Pretty aromas of bread dough, lemon and cooked apple. Fresh. Medium to full body, tangy acidity and a fruity finish. Always an outstanding sparkling wine. Drink now."

Bellavista was founded in Franciacorta in 1977 by businessman Vittorio Moretti who decided to transform a small family-run winery vineyards into a full-fledged winery. Those original vineyards are located on the Bellavista hill, which looks out over Lake Iseo and the entire Po valley, all the way to the foothills of the alps. Looking to the future, Vittorio Moretti devoted special attention to the acquisition of new vineyards, which now comprise a total of 203 hectares in the ‘Franciacorta’ wine production area.
In 1981, oenologist Mattia Vezzola joined the company. His key contribution was recognized by the guide to Italian wines, published by Gambaro Russo-Slow food, honoring him ‘oenologist of the year.’
Bellavista uses traditional presses ensuring softer pressing of the grapes and a unique separation of the must. In the springtime, when the cuvées are created, Bellavista has at its disposal a selection of roughly ninety base wines, part of which have been fermented in small oak casks.
From the vineyards to the wine, every process is performed naturally. Every decision is made in consideration of the rhythms dictated by nature and by the history of the Franciacorta area.
