A magical blend of Shiraz, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. A deep red colored wine with an abundance of fruit and hints of vanilla and chocolate on the nose. Smoky and spicy aromas. Named after Kosie & Heléne Steenkamps two daughters.
The Antoinette Marie can stand its own where dishes with fruity slightly sweet sauces, but also with cream sauces, are served. Ideal dishes to be served with this red blend, will be ostrich pie, beef, olives, venison with cherry/prune/juniper berries or roast beef.

Piet Steenkamp represents the fourth generation of winemakers and farmers at Groenland, a family-owned vineyard located in the picturesque Bottelary district, just outside of Stellenbosch. Groenland has been crafting high-quality red and white wines for the past 90 years.
Their latest addition to their prestigious line-up is the 2022 Steenkamp Ou Bosstok Steen, which has just hit the market. The grapes used for this wine were carefully handpicked from the bush vine block planted on the slopes of Groenland back in 1981, with a production yield ranging from 3.5 to 4 tons per hectare.
The highly sought-after 'Landskap' collection, aptly named for the stunning landscapes that surround the vineyard, is a testament to the Steenkamp family's deep-rooted passion and their ability to create truly memorable wines. The iconic Windmill standing on Groenland's grounds is a rare sight in the Stellenbosch region and serves as a symbol of the love that Piet Steenkamp's father, Kosie, had for nature and his Karoo heritage.
Groenland has earned its reputation as a producer of exceptional red and white wines through a combination of ongoing research and development, as well as the unwavering dedication and collaborative spirit of everyone involved in the estate.
The estate spans across 190 hectares, with 150 of those dedicated to vineyards. They predominantly focus on red grape varieties, which make up approximately 80% of their production, while white cultivars account for the remaining 20%. Every year, their vineyards yield over 1500 tons of grapes, ensuring a steady supply of exceptional ingredients for their winemaking.
