"A big and bold mouthful of wine, very ripe and concentrated, with abundant extract, thick and chewy, and palate-coating flavour. It leans to the more modern, fruitier style of nebbiolo, though oak flavour is not excessive, just adding a little dark chocolate sheen on the finish. This powerful wine is not yet at peak, and would need another 2-3 years minimum to reach its stride, or cellar into the early '30s without concern. I'd like to see a little more nuance detail and complexity emerge."

Azienda Agricola Molino, a winery located in the Piedmont region of Italy, was established by the Molino family, who have been involved in viticulture for generations. In the 1990s, the current owner, Massimo Molino, took over the winery and began to modernize the production process.
The winemaker, Federico Martinotti, has been with the winery for over 15 years. The winery is located in the town of La Morra, in the heart of the Langhe region. The vineyards are situated on the hillsides of the Barolo and Barbaresco appellations, where the soils are rich in clay and limestone. The climate is characterized by cool nights and warm days, which create ideal growing conditions for the Nebbiolo grape.
