Tasting Notes
The Blanc de Noirs Rosseaux Batteaux champagne is a 100% pinot noir from the Montagne de Reims, a very respectable Grand Cru. The vines rest on a soil rich in chalk in depth with clay and marl. The care in the vineyard allows the growth of a high quality fruit. During the harvest, it is done strictly by hand with the use of small boxes to preserve the product.
