Tasting Notes
This is one of the finest estates in Blaye and has been owned by the Eymas family for three generations. Their white wine is predominantly Sauvignon Blanc which imparts flavours of citrus, dry herbs and red delicious apple. The wine is fresh, crisp, aromatic and fruity.
