This blend of 60% Merlot and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon spends 10 months in French oak. The result is a limpid ruby wine with a juicy nose of red berries and violet, followed by fig, blackcurrant, and star anise. The palate is fresh, balanced, and elegant with fine tannins and a clean finish. Serve with roast meats or mushroom dishes.
