The Producer
Château Haut Bourcier
A 100% family vineyard by the Philippe BOURCIER family. The property is located in the Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux appellation. The vineyard is exposed on hillsides on a clay-limestone soil and consists of 80% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Petit Verdot and 5% Malbec. Since 1999, significant investments have been made - restructuring of the vineyard, replanting, leaf stripping, green harvesting - which have improved the quality of the wines year after year.
