Chateau Belair-Coubet, a division of Vignobles Alain Faure, is producing the kind of place-expressive, elegant Bordeaux that transports you to a time when quality was more important that quantity. Now run by seventh generation winemaker, Delphine Faure who joined the family business 30 years ago after finishing her studies in oenology. Not only did Delphine become the first woman winemaker of the appellation, but she has since elevated the quality of her family's Chateaux to a very impressive and Internationally-recognized level.
