From a 1953 planting of an ancient Saint Bris Aligote plot. There is hemp all around the field. matured and fermented in a tank. Gorgeously floral and mineral, with a hint of traditional Piuze acidity. scents of moist stone, Asian pears, white blossoms, and just chopped green apples.
