With a colour that fades between straw yellow and pale gold, the nose immediately reveals the liveliness of lemon, citrus fruits but also a more tender and fruity characteristic of quince. The ventilation allows you to glimpse ripe pear and quince notes on a mineral and vegetable background of honeysuckle. On the palate, we find this very balanced character between liveliness and tenderness. The sharp side awakens the taste buds, while its fruit covers the palate with a pleasant sensation of sweetness.
