Tasting Notes

Direct and engaging is the sensory profile of a solid, centred Brunello. Red plums blend well with nuances of orange juice and pink grapefruit. Slightly opaque the background is reminiscent of black plums, blackberries, incense, wet geraniums, coriander and cumin. Full-bodied, savoury on the palate it shows structure and matter, biting tannins of considerable tension and a really sharp finish that will need time to unwind.
