"Bright deep red. Captivating aromas of raspberry, flint, violet and minerals. Then also very clean, pure and precise on the palate, displaying a lovely saline quality to the red berry and mineral flavors. Boasts an easygoing quality and plenty of early appeal, but has sneaky concentration and the stuffing to age well. Finishes very long with repeat floral nuances. I haven’t always been the biggest fan of these wines, which I often find to be too gamy and not especially pristine, but this is a knockout. Well done."

Il Paradiso di Frassina
Il Paradiso di Frassina, a historic mediaeval farm dating back to the 11th century, is situated just five kilometers north of Montalcino in Tuscany. It rests at the base of the Montosoli hill, within one of the prime wine-producing regions known for the renowned Brunello di Montalcino Wine.
The picturesque landscape provides breathtaking views of the rolling Tuscan hills adorned with forests, olive groves, and vineyards stretching as far as the eye can see. Paradiso di Frassina occupies a distinctive location in the enchanting countryside south of Siena, nestled in the Val d'Orcia valley, adjacent to Chianti. The area is celebrated for its prestigious Italian wines and renowned wineries.
Visitors to this charming estate will discover themselves pleasantly surrounded by the melodies of Mozart, which resonate through the vineyard via a hundred speakers. This musical experience is a result of agronomic and scientific research exploring the positive effects of musical frequencies on Vitis Vinifera vines. The research, supported by the Universities of Florence and Pisa, as well as the agronomic research center in Arezzo. This harmonious blend of music and nature creates a truly delightful and immersive atmosphere.
