What happens when a California cult Cabernet producer has great wine that doesn't go into the final blend? It gets snapped up by the savvy folks at Waterstone and sold at less than one-tenth the price of the original. We can't tell you what the winery is. Winemaker Philip Zorn told us he had to sign 6 pages of nondisclosure just to get this great stuff. Suffice it to say, this wine was sourced from hillside vineyards in the heart of California Cult Land.
