Tasting Notes

"Cabernet from Coldstream; 100% whole bunches, matured in hogsheads (20% new). Deep ruby red. The opposite of the lighter, more herbal '24, this has aromas of ripe cassis and blueberry together with a little cedar. Medium bodied with savoury tannins and more than enough fruit to match. You can drink this now, but it'll also age slowly over the next six to eight years."
