A balanced blend of west coast and New Zealand hops with a hint of mango addition.
Our mission is simple: To help raise money for local charities through making and enjoying great beer.
To do this, we give 5% of every penny earned to local causes via our foundation, Caribru Cares, an evolution of 100 Who Care Toronto. Local charities are nominated by the local community and voted on by the local community. Caribru Cares then donates funds raised to the communities chosen charity. Simple, transparent and great fun.

Established in 2011, Junction Craft Brewing has been crafting outstanding beer that pays homage to tradition while catering to the contemporary palate. Originating in Toronto's renowned Junction neighbourhood, the brewery has found its unique home in the renovated remains of a 1930s art-deco incinerator once operated by the City of Toronto. Fondly referred to as 'The Destructor,' this historic building, retired in the 1980s, witnessed a vibrant era as a venue for 90s raves before undergoing a meticulous restoration in 2018.
Embracing a blend of history and innovation, Junction Craft Brewing has transformed 'The Destructor' into its brewing haven. This repurposed space not only reflects the brewery's commitment to preserving heritage but also serves as a symbol of the seamless integration of traditional craftsmanship with the spirit of the modern age.
