The “king” of Italian rices, Carnaroli has the highest starch content of all the risotto rices. This results in a wonderfully creamy dish. This rice is very forgiving and makes perfect risotto every time.

For those who don’t have much time to spend in the kitchen, Principato di Lucedio offers this tasty risotto with herbs, vegetables and porcini mushrooms which are always according to the traditional method: freeze-dried or dehydrated ingredients packaged with Carnaroli rice, which preserves the colours and flavours of the fresh product.
