Pale straw colour. The nose has a perfume of yellow capsicum, white strawberries, lemon curd and mixed herbs all wrapped up with a touch of creamed clover honey. Super smooth and fresh. Mid palate carries a lot of texture and turns into a fresh long finish. The mineral intensity makes the wine quite vibrant and enjoyable.
The fresh acidity and structure makes this wine very versatile. Delicious to enjoy on its own during a warm summer day or paired with fresh salads, goat cheese, and all kinds of seafood.

In 2000, against advice from colleagues and experts, María Luz Marín established her winery in Lo Abarca, a small town in the San Antonio Valley. Despite warnings about problems with location and the cool-climate, she was successful in creating a company whose wines have received awards throughout the world and have helped position Chile as a producer of high quality, high value wines.
Viña Casa Marín is located in a unique terroir that can seem adverse. The town of Lo Abarca is just 4 kms. from the Pacific Ocean and is covered by a constant fog during the summer and winter months. It’s also a very windy area with cold temperatures during the grape growth and ripening period. However, these conditions produce a more superior quality fruit than other valleys with higher temperatures and with high production. The harvests are not abundant, but the plants that grow here are strong with healthy grapes and greater flavour and mineral concentration that add unique qualities and character to the wines.
It's important to remember that taste is subjective, and personal preferences play a significant role.
