Tasting Notes

This Cabernet is undeniably excellent quality for value: bright red fruit on the nose is backed by gentle notes of vanilla and dried herbs. The texture is plush, with nicely integrated tannins. Medium-bodied, the palate shows layers of soft red fruit, warm baking spice, and toasty oak. It is consistently a grounded, inviting wine that will be as welcome with braised beef short ribs through the winter as grill-side on hazy summer nights.
