The Chablis 1er Cru Beauroy from the dynamic Bouchard brothers has a classic mineral and gunflint profile. On the nose, there are delicate aromas of ripe citrus fruit, accompanied by smoky notes. There is a pleasant minerality on the long finish. It displays stunning purity of fruit and shows why Domaine de L'Enclos is one of the most exciting new domaines in Chablis.
