This domaine has thrived for five generations now, driven mostly by their love of Chablis. This particular Chablis is from 20-30 year-old Chardonnay vines planted on stoney soils. With the green and yellow reflections characteristic of this AOC, it is an abundant and generous wine. Aromas of green and red apples with a hint of oyster shell and white flowers. The palate is fresh and crisp with notes of lime. This is a beautifully balanced wine, dry, fleshy and ripe with a distinctly mineral finish.
