Cuvée l'Or aux Fées is dedicated to Laurane and Ophélie, daughters of Pascal. The vineyards are conducted by following biodynamic practices, while in the cellar all the operations focus on preserving the terroir-driven character of wine. The wine shows delicate floral notes and ripe, citrus aromas. Its round, generous body perfectly matches with its crisp acidity and long, mineral finish. A perfect example of Chablis "de terroir".
