Squeezed between the Grand Cru Blanchot and the 1er Cru of Montée de Tonnerre, the land is arguably the finest Chablis AC vineyard in the region. The Rive Droite Chablis from Domaine Testut comes exclusively from these 45-year-old massale selection vines planted in clay and limestone soils. The resulting wine is incredibly complex, with elegant minerality and freshness that will only improve with time.
"An elegant, pure and airy nose consists of plenty of floral nuances long with hints of iodine, mineral reduction and just sliced pear. There is excellent richness and volume to the decidedly punchy medium weight flavors that also flash fine minerality on the balanced, long and refined finale."

Domaine Testut
Located in Chablis, Domaine TESTUT was created in 1967 by Philippe Testut, who was also behind the creation of 'Château Grenouille'. His son Cyril took over the family estate in 1998. The domaine and its vineyards are located in the heart of the Chablis region.
Its vines in the Chablis appellation are over 40 years old on average and for the premiers crus and grands crus are over 50 years old. They cover an area of 13 hectares. Harvesting is carried out by hand for a part of the Chablis appellation, and entirely by hand for all the premiers crus and the Grenouille grand cru.
