Tasting Notes

"Protected by candles, which helped to make 30 hl/ha. There is a very strong reductive torrefaction on the nose at first. Then much purer fruit on the palate, vibrant raspberries, which you couldn’t have judged from the nose., A suave deep texture with a fresher finish. pH of the soil not too low here. Really dense long aftertaste. Drink from 2027-2033. Tasted: December 2022."
