"The 2013 Brut Nature Blanc de Blancs Hautes Mottes Grand Cru was harvested in the eponymous parcel in Le Mesnil sur-Oger and vinified in 300-liter barrels. The golden wine smells of creamy butter melted over polenta and leads onte an immensely salty body that shows the first signs of evolution. Touches of honey, pine resin and dried fruit creep into this exquisitely fresh and taut wine. This is definitely a gastronomic proposition, redolent with umami and imbued with uncompromising killer freshness. Salty savoriness verges into maple syrup spice on a laser-sharp body, this is intense, incisive, memorable and absolutely vivid. Whoa. Zero dosage. Disgorged: October 27, 2022."
