"Made with 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Franc, this wine has an interesting dried fig and earthy nose, with hints of cherry. Lots of tannins in the mouth, but still smooth enough to go down easy with hints of raisin and sour cherry. Drink it now with a medium-rare steak or put it in the cellar for a few years and then enjoy."
