Tasting Notes

"A well-balanced, juicy and flavorful blend of grenache, syrah, mourvedre and carignan. It shows notes of dark plums, spiced cherries, Mediterranean herbs and loads of sweet spices as well. It’s medium- to full-bodied with fine, firm tannins. Textured and generous, with a delicious core of sweet berries and pastry spices in the focused finish. From biodynamically grown grapes with Demeter certification. Drink or hold."

92 points - James Suckling, June 2024

"Ripe, robust fruit wafts from your glass including crushed raspberry, black currant, dried mushroom and blackberry puree. Additional notes of leather, tobacco and cassis kick in on the palate and add warmth along with wisps of garrigue on the mineral-rich finish. "
