Château Lynch-Bages is nestled in the heart of Pauillac, deemed the “King’s wine” for centuries, and has for decades produced devastatingly delicious Bordeaux that squashes its luxury neighbours in the price-to-quality department. We will have Kinou Cazes-Hachemian, of the renowned winemaking family that owns the estate (among others) - on hand to walk us through some of the greatest vintages she has ever produced, all the way back to 2000, all paired with timeless French Cuisine. Lynch-Bages Grand Vins are a “Tour de Force,” and the two other châteaux owned by the Cazes Family we will pour are true Cinderella stories for Pauillac. Unless you're allergic to great Bordeaux and great food perfectly paired together, ignoring this opportunity to learn from a literal superstar family of Bordeaux would be a tragic mistake.

Lynch-Bages is one of the most underrated châteaux when it comes to the 1855 classification of Bordeaux wines, belying its Fifth Growth status and consistently producing outstanding wines year on year. Jean Michel Cazes, who sadly passed away last year, revolutionized not just the châteaux he owned, but the appellation of Pauillac and Bordeaux as a whole. To have his family join us to share not just their wines, but their story, is an incredibly rare opportunity.
