Tasting Notes
This is a very reasonably priced Chateauneuf-du-Pape. Grapes were hand-picked and sorted before commencing a 15 day fermentation. The wine was then transferred to barrel for aging before being lightly filtered and bottled. Very deep garnet red colour. Red fruit and spice on the nose with delightful floral notes. Rich, round and medium-bodied with a long clean finish. The freshness, minerality and acidity of the wine will pair nicely with a wide range of foods.
