The Chianti Colli Fiorentini Riserva DOCG La Torretta combines the structure of the great Tuscan reds with an approachable softness that will please any palate. In the glass the wine displays a ruby red color, with violet reflections. The nose is broad and well marked, with notes of red fruit, vanilla and a hint of spices. In the mouth it is soft with a long and persistent finish.
"Deep garnet red. Complex nose of stone fruit, spice, tobacco and a mineral note. Smooth and voluptuous on the palate, giving a harmonious impression, with superb emerging flavours framed by silky tannin and well-judged oak. A well-crafted wine."

LA QUERCE AZIENDA AGRICOLA stands in the heart of the production area of Chianti Colli Fiorentini. The farm is located in Impruneta and enjoys a total of 42 hectares. Here, vineyards and olive groves are cultivated between tradition and innovation. Located on the beautiful hill overlooking Impruneta. It is located in the heart of the production area of Chianti Colli Fiorentini. It has a total extension of forty-two hectares where vineyards and olive groves are grown, from which the main products of our land are harvested: grapes and olives.
The terrain is of a medium-sized clay-like structure, which allows the company to always have water reserves in the soil. Most of the land is facing south, in the vast Sorrettole valley. This allows you to have good exposure to the sun and light breezes during the harvesting period.
The vineyards stretch for about eight hectares and are mostly turned south. In recent years, almost all of them have been replanted with both traditional Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Colorino vineyards, as well as with Merlot, all cultivated with spurred cordon.
It's important to remember that taste is subjective, and personal preferences play a significant role.
