"50% whole bunches, which Louis likes to do with this terroir. That makes it a bit less Clos Vougeot?. Yes, says Louis, grinning. A little paler in colour. Crushed strawberries. But it retains its full intensity on the palate with excellent length, a Clos Vougeot which caresses the palate. Drink from 2028-2035. Tasted: November 2022."
