Tasting Notes
Chanson has upped its game in recent vintages and is now one of the best négociants in Burgundy. This is made with purchased grapes, although there is a good measure of control over the vineyards. It's a sappy, appropriately wild Corton with the backbone and acidity that's typical of the Grand Cru balanced by succulent fruit sweetness.
