Too often underestimated, the wines of the Côtes de Bordeaux are great value for those who want to taste a quality Bordeaux at a reasonable price. Château Tifayne, a small family estate, has been owned by winemaker Renaud Limbosch since December 1997. There he produces this tasty classic Bordeaux which has a deep ruby color, while on the nose it reveals aromas of plums, blackberries, raspberries, cherries and sweet spices, combined with notes of leather and tobacco. On the palate, it is a modern style, fresh and fleshy which lets the fruits express themselves freely. The wine as a whole is harmonious and well balanced.
