Tasting Notes

The Champagne Cuve X is the result of the blending of 70% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir grapes from vineyards in the Premier Cru and Grand Cru parcels of Rilly-La-Montagne, Ludes, Trois-Puits and Verzenay, Mailly, in the Montagne de Reims. Based on the 2016 harvest, this Champagne vinifies for 9 months in 228L Bourguignonne barriques and ages on its own yeasts for at least 6 years before dégorgément. Dosage 2.5 g/L (Extra Brut). Limited edition of only 250 bottles.
