Tasting Notes

This red is from an organic estate in the foothills of Portugal's Serra da Estrela mountain range. That terroir - the high altitude and sandy granite soil - contributes to the graphite nose and rich cherry flavours. Medium-bodied and dry, it's perfect for pizza night.
