From the beautiful Les Chaboissieres area of the Loire Valley. Bright, fresh with fragrant white floral aromas, peach and citrus notes. Fatter palate weight, chalky, from the sur lie ageing & soils, yet balanced acidity. Persistent minerality on the finish.
