Producer : Colinas do Douro
Region : Douro (Portugal), Portugal (Portugal)
Bottle Per Case : 12 x 750 ml
"This is a rich wine, but its great fruit is balanced with intense acidity that comes from the relatively cool, high-altitude vineyards. These two elements work well together, giving a sophisticated, rich wine that could benefit from another two years' aging. Drink from 2020."

Located in the extreme southeast of the Douro Demarcated Region, Colinas do Douro is part of a vast property with four contiguous farms totaling 476 hectares, belonging to Colinas do Douro Sociedade Agrícola. The property is part of the Douro International Natural Park.
With 106 ha of vineyards, at an average of 600 meters above sea level, the four Quintas slopes predominantly face North and are buffeted by rigorous winters. Respecting and enhancing the rich local biodiversity, the wines express this unique terroir.
A critical aspect of their mission is the preservation of biodiversity in the international douro natural park fostering the relationship between wine production and biodiversity/natural capital.
It's important to remember that taste is subjective, and personal preferences play a significant role.
