Tasting Notes

"The holding is in two plots, with the vines in Les Rouges being older than Treux. 25% whole bunch, 50% new wood. To the eye this has a dense purple black core with a fresh purple rim, suggestive of power. Yet the bouquet offers a stylish, elegant, Echezeaux, with the fruit stretching out right across the palate, incorporating subtle nuances yet still a firm thread."
