"A brooding, floral and pungently spicy nose features notes of plum and dark berry fruit scents that are trimmed in just enough wood to notice. There is outstanding richness to the full-bodied and attractively textured flavors that possess good muscle yet the overall mouth feel is relatively refined and this sense of refinement continues onto the powerful and moderately austere but well-balanced finale. This should be excellent in time."

A wine estate founded in 1858 in Vosne-Romanée, Florence Arnoux-Lachaux (daughter of Robert ARNOUX) is today at the head of the 14-hectare estate, with her eldest son Charles Lachaux. Both share a deep attachment to the family heritage entrusted by previous generations.
Since his arrival on the farm in 2011, Charles has instilled a new dynamic, by implementing regenerative agriculture, eco-grazing, biodynamics, goblet pruning, high trellising, and the complete cessation of trimming.
Whole-harvest vinification since 2012, short vatting and very little interventionist operating method. For the aging of the wines, sandstone containers have replaced all the oak barrels since the 2022 harvest.
With each evolution, the Domaine strives to translate the expression of the terroirs as well as possible, in order to produce ‘Pinot Noir’ of emotion and pleasure.
It's important to remember that taste is subjective, and personal preferences play a significant role.
