Tasting Notes
Dark cherry and dark cocoa follows through on both aromatic and palate. Including a hint of cinnamon and spice and smokiness. Port-like. Picked at -10 degrees Celsius and fermented for 6 weeks. 90% stainless steel and 10% French neutral oak.
