Fresh red berry aromatics with particularly cherry and plum coming through on palate. Mild smokiness and soft tannins. Field blend technique used. All varieties picked same day. Destemmed and transferred to fermenting vat for 4 week fermentation and pressed together. Aged in used French oak for 14 months.
