Firesteed Cellars, established in 1992, set up its official winery and tasting room in a less-traveled area of Rickreall, Oregon, in 2002, where production continues to this day. Since its inception, Firesteed's primary goal has been to craft wines that capture the true essence of grape varieties well-suited to Oregon's unique growing regions, with a particular emphasis on Pinot Noir.
In addition to their renowned Pinot Noir, Firesteed has gained a strong reputation for its Pinot Gris and Riesling. They have also recently introduced a collection of Pinot Noirs specific to distinct AVAs, including Dundee Hills and Yamhill Carlton, as well as a vineyard-specific Pinot Noir. Additionally, Firesteed offers a variety of limited-production wines, such as a Rosé of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
