Tasting Notes

Lifted notes of blackcurrant leaf and fresh herbs. The palate is crisp and fresh and finishes with a flinty mineral note. Fantastic with summer salads and fish dishes.

Founded in 2008, Yealands Estate is one of the most sustainable vineyards in the world. Yealands uses wind turbines and solar to produce renewable energy, and is the only vineyard in New Zealand to bale vine prunings, which are burned to heat water for the winery.
